This is a great opportunity to build your skills in community nursing while supporting people to stay well at home. You’ll work within an integrated team that provides safe, person‑centred care to people with a wide range of health needs. You’ll be part of a supportive group of colleagues who work closely with other health and social care partners to offer joined‑up care.
