Overview: We’re looking for a Chartered Geotechnical Engineer to play a key technical role in our UK infrastructure projects. The role involves ownership of geotechnical design from initial investigation through to construction support, and offers the opportunity to shape a growing capability within a supportive, globally connected team. What You’ll Be Doing: Leading geotechnical design for major infrastructure projects (rail, roads, tunnels) Planning and interpreting ground investigations Designing foundations, earthworks, retaining structures, and slope stability solutions Collaborating with structural and civil teams across the UK and globally Supporting temporary and permanent works Providing input into risk management and buildability during construction Mentoring junior geotechnical staff and guiding project delivery What We’re Looking For: Chartered Engineer (CEng, MICE or equivalent) 10–15 years’ experience in geotechnical engineering and analysis Experience delivering UK infrastructure projects Familiarity with PLAXIS, WALLAP, PILEGROUP, SLOPE/W or similar software Strong technical background and ability to communicate complex design concepts Desire to help shape and grow the UK geotechnical function Why Join Us: At CaSE, you’ll have the opportunity to shape landmark infrastructure projects while working within a supportive and technically driven team.
