Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic part-time Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team at The Bank House. Located in a historic setting, this role is essential in delivering exceptional service and ensuring a memorable experience for our patrons.
Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the pub and restaurant.
* Take orders accurately and efficiently while providing menu recommendations.
* Serve food and beverages with attention to detail and presentation.
* Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front of house area.
* Assist in maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene practices.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred.
* Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
* Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
