IT Manager – Leicester / Swindon – £70,000 + Car Allowance
We are recruiting an IT Manager for a growing UK business with sites in Leicester and Swindon. This is a hands‑on IT Manager position where you will take ownership of the day‑to‑day IT function across the organisation.
This role would suit an experienced IT Manager or a senior infrastructure professional looking to step into an IT Manager position where they can own the IT environment and play a key role in supporting the business as it continues to grow.
The IT Manager will be responsible for infrastructure, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity and the general day‑to‑day running of IT. You will work closely with the leadership team while managing two experienced IT technicians already in place.
This is a very technical IT Manager role. The expectation is that the IT Manager will still be hands‑on across infrastructure and Microsoft technologies while also managing escalations, projects and supplier relationships.

* Ownership of the day‑to‑day IT function across multiple UK sites
* Administration and development of the Microsoft 365 environment
* Infrastructure management including networking, firewalls and security
