We have worked in this area for many years supplying cover of the best standards possible. In doing so we have supported many of the local schools in achieving outstanding Ofsted inspections and really making a difference to many young children's time in school.
I can offer you full/part time flexible supply cover to fit around your personal life but allow you to do the job you love whilst furthering your skill set and working with different schools. I also have long term positions with start dates coming up and I would love to get you registered with Aspire people, with the stability of a long term it also allows you time to work with one specific school and possibly be considered for any permanent vacancies.
To become a Teaching Assistant with Aspire you will need;
Experience working in a similar role
Relevant Qualifications
Good communication skills and commitment to working as part of a team
Show integrity and initiative
Have a flexible positive approach
Provide references
Complete DBS or have DBS on the update service
