The Registered Manager will:

The ideal Registered Manager will have:
At least 2 years of experience in residential childcare within the last 5 years.
Experience in supervising and managing care staff.
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent.

Knowledge of regulatory and statutory requirements in childcare.
