Job Description
The successful Operations Administrator will:
* Strategically planning and managing logistics, transportation, and customer services
* Directing, optimising and coordinating the full order cycle
* Liaising with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers
* Meeting cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets
* Maintaining metrics and analysing data to assess performance and implement improvements
* Overseeing inventory control and manage order fulfilment
* Managing activities related to strategic or tactical purchasing, planning, and control processes
The Successful Applicant
A successful Operations Administrator should have:
* Proven working experience in logistics or a data heavy Administration role
* Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software
* Excellent decision-making and the ability to think on their feet
* Exceptional organisational and analytical skills
* Good communication skills
