Large global Health & Wellness company are looking for a confident and capable Account Manager to join their bilingual team. Must be bilingual Spanish and English. Would suit someone from an Account Manager or Customer Service background.

Hybrid working 3 days a week in the office - 2 remote
Works with leaders, providing enhanced customer service. Partners with Wellness Advocates in helping to strategize in building their business success and helping them stay abreast of corporate affairs.
Core Responsibilities
* Build relationships with Wellness Advocates that encourage and motivate
* Monitor sales and ensure timely recognition of various levels of achievement
* Provide accurate and correct understanding and application of company compensation plan
* Respond fairly and accurately to questions regarding the compensation plan
* Handle exception requests and represent those requests when needed
* Strategize with consultants and help them be more effective
* Set up conference calls, send conference call notes, send welcome/congratulatory letter
Qualifications and Experience
* Fluent in English and Spanish
* Ability to establish professional relationships and partner with product consultants
* Outgoing and positive personality
* Ability to communicate effectively, respond to concerns, and strategically solve problems
* Proven ability to follow through on assignments and customer needs
* Experience in a Customer Service background or Account Manager
* Proficiency in DataTrax required (training provided)
