By enrolling in the PGDip Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (SCPHN Health visitor) programme starting in January 2027, you will gain comprehensive academic and practical training through our partnership with Anglia Ruskin University (ARU).

Key Requirements
* A passion for public health, with the ability to adopt a 'think family' approach and a genuine desire to improve outcomes for children and young people.
* Current NMC registration, or eligibility to register as a newly qualified nurse or midwife before the course start date. You must also meet the academic entry requirements for Anglia Ruskin University (ARU).
* Commitment to a 52 week full time programme, including timetabled annual leave, delivered by Anglia Ruskin University (ARU).
* The course includes a 50/50 split between academic study and supervised practice within our Healthy Child Programme teams.
* A desire to build a long term career within the Healthy Child Programme Services. Upon successful completion of the course, you will be offered a Health visitor post within the Trust.
