* Act as the first point of contact for People queries, offering clear and supportive guidance
* Manage HR tickets, calls and live chat across starters, changes and leavers
* Process key lifecycle activities including onboarding, internal moves, parental leave and flexible working
* Maintain accurate and compliant colleague records in line with GDPR
* Manage workload through Zendesk, prioritising to meet service levels
* Spot risks early and escalate complex or sensitive cases appropriately
* Work closely with teams across HR, including Employee Relations and Resourcing
* Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying trends and recurring queries
The Person
* Experience in an HR or People Services environment
* A strong understanding of HR processes and compliance, including Right to Work and GDPR
* Confidence handling queries and explaining things clearly and simply
* Great attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks at pace
* A solution-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving
* Comfort using digital tools and systems to manage queries and data
* A collaborative approach and a genuine care for colleague experience
