Respite Services at Montclaire (Blackwood) and Ty-Gwilym (Caerphilly) are seeking casual Social Care Workers.
We provide short-term breaks for individuals with physical and learning disabilities, encouraging choice, community presence, and personal development. You’ll help individuals explore new experiences, build social skills, and form friendships in a supportive environment.

For the role, we ask that you have:
Requirement to achieve a Level 2 or 3 qualification in Health and Social Care within an agreed timescale.
An understanding of the principles that underpin a quality care environment ie Privacy, dignity, respect, choice, independence and rights.
Experience with people who require support and assistance with all aspects of personal care, daily living and social skills.
Ability to work shifts on a rota basis, and work flexibly, including weekends, bank holidays and sleep in duties.
