Were looking for a talented Pastry Sous Chef to join a luxury, award-winning resort that has recently undergone an £80m expansion, including a new event space, a state-of-the-art leisure club, and enhanced dining experiences.
Youll play a key role in a high-performing pastry team producing hand-crafted desserts, pastries, cakes and sweet items for multiple restaurants, bars and events across the resort.

The Role Lead, train and develop the pastry team Produce high-quality desserts, pastries and sweet items for all outlets Prepare menu items for service based on resort occupancy Run a section during busy services, ensuring accuracy and pace Maintain a safe, compliant kitchen environment Support menu development, stock ordering and new ideas Deputise for the Head Pastry Chef when required
What Were Looking For
Experience as a Pastry Sous Chef or above Strong communication and presentation skills Passion for fine pastry, seasonal ingredients and hand-crafted desserts High standards with excellent attention to detail Confident running a section, managing portion control and minimising waste Strong understanding of COSHH and HACCP A collaborative leader who builds strong relationships and supports team development
