Overview
To provide administrative support to the Nursing & Quality Senior teams in the delivery of a professional, comprehensive and efficient administrative service that promotes excellent customer service to both internal and external customers, working with a diverse portfolio of tasks in the delivery of various projects. The post holder will be expected to work independently using their own initiative with minimal direct supervision.
Responsibilities
* Collect and monitor accurate and meaningful project information, producing regular reports.
* Take meeting minutes.
* Arrange meetings.
* Order supplies.
* Manage electronic diaries.
* Collect and report data.
You will work in line with the Trust's objectives. All positions are subject to the nationally agreed Agenda for Change terms and conditions.
Qualifications & Skills
* Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
* Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
* Excellent communication skills with staff, service users, and carers.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
