This Recruitment Consultant role is for a fantastic recruitment company based in Marlow. They have been very successful and are now looking for someone to come and join the team. This role is open to both recent graduates looking to start their career in recruitment and candidates with relevant sales experience who want to transition into the recruitment field alongside existing recruitment consultants looking for an exciting new challenge. The role has a great training process and so you will be up and running in no time with the help of this friendly team.
This role would be suitable for someone confident and charismatic who has a drive and hunger for earning uncapped commission. You will work on a full 360 process so will be involved in every step of the way, from interviewing candidates, writing and submitting their CVs, and placing them in their new role.
Responsibilities
* Work on a full 360 recruitment process from interview to placement.
* Interview candidates, write and submit their CVs, and place them in roles.
Working Hours
Office based: Monday to Thursday 8.30-5:30pm with a 5.00pm finish on Fridays.
Salary and Benefits
Basic salary of £26,000 to £30,000 with 1st year OTE between £40,000 - £45,000, plus 25 days holiday, exciting competitions, annual trips abroad, flexi-time for top performers, excellent career progression.
