Solution Architect – Microsoft Dynamics & Power Platform

The Role
In this position, you will shape high-impact digital strategies and lead the design of end-to-end solutions that harness Power Platform, Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement suite and Microsoft’s cloud technologies. You’ll engage with senior stakeholders, contribute to solution governance forums, and play a pivotal role in programme assurance.
Your Responsibilities
* Spearhead architecture and design efforts across Dynamics 365 modules including Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing.
* Guide customisation and integration efforts using a blend of in-product configuration, advanced scripting, and cloud-native services.
* Utilise automation and integration technologies such as Logic Apps, Power Automate, Azure Functions, Service Bus, and WebJobs.
* Leverage modern capabilities in AI, RPA, and IoT to deliver forward-thinking solutions.
* Actively contribute to practice growth through knowledge sharing, capability development, and mentoring.
* Engage in proposal development, solution pitching, and bid support during pre-sales phases.
* Operate across Agile delivery models, particularly Scrum, within cross-functional teams.
What You Bring
* SC clearance or the ability to obtain it (UK residency and valid passport required).
* Deep hands-on knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE, including solution design, form configuration, business rules, workflows, and plug-in development.
* Solid command of Microsoft’s low-code tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
* Experience presenting at architecture reviews or steering boards.
* Proven experience in managing full lifecycle deliveries—from discovery to deployment and beyond.
Nice to Have
* Exposure to the Microsoft Power Platform CoE toolkit or governance practices.
* Background in digital transformation within regulated environments.
* Familiarity with complementary technologies like Power BI, Azure DevOps, or industry-specific accelerators.
