Teaching Assistant – Key Stage 2

Contract: Full‑time, ongoing

Are you passionate about supporting young people and helping them achieve their full potential? We’re recruiting Teaching Assistants for a specialist school near Bagshot, working with children in Key Stage 2 who benefit from a calm, structured and nurturing environment.
You don’t need school experience — if you’ve supported young people in youth work, care, mentoring, sports coaching, residential settings, or any similar environment, we want to hear from you.
The Role -
* Supporting pupils in Key Stage 2 (however, experience in any age group will be considered)
* Helping children regulate emotions and build confidence
* Working alongside Teachers, Therapists and Support Staff
* Creating a safe, positive and engaging learning environment
* Encouraging independence and celebrating progress, big and small

* Experience supporting children or young people in any relatable setting
* A calm, patient and resilient approach
* Someone who genuinely wants to make a difference
* A driver is preferred due to location – however there is a local bus route for non‑drivers
* Commitment to safeguarding and wellbeing of pupils
