This role is perfect for a technically competent professional who is confident in managing their own caseload independently and is eager to take on the challenge of growing the business and building a team within the local area. Key Responsibilities: Advising clients on a wide range of private client matters, including: Estates & Administration Estate & Inheritance Planning Wills Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) Trusts Driving business growth by actively engaging in business development initiatives to expand the firm's presence in Corby and surrounding areas. Building and leading a team, fostering a collaborative environment and mentoring junior staff as the department grows. Developing strong relationships with commercial teams and clients to create new opportunities and strengthen existing partnerships. Delivering a high standard of client care and legal expertise, ensuring professional and efficient service at all times. Requirements: 3 years’ PQE within private client law. Strong technical expertise in estate planning, wills, LPAs, and trusts. A proven track record in business development, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive growth. Leadership skills and the desire to build and manage a team effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work independently while collaborating with other departments to achieve strategic goals.
