One of our clients is looking for an experienced Receptionist/Office Manager on a long term rail project in Leiston.
Key Role Responsibilities:
• To be the point of contact based at the reception desk, for all visitors
• Checking in/out processes
• Dealing with both phone and email enquiries in timely & professional manner
• To quickly get to know each person and ensure that they are always acknowledged and greeted whenever they are met
• To complete all allocated tasks as laid out during the shift independently
• To be extremely organised & efficient to ensure all tasks are completed to the highest standard
• To be able to communicate & provide thorough, detailed handovers to co-workers
• As part of the reception team, provide the administration for the residence
• Be responsible whilst on shift for operating seating plans
