Job Title: Telesales Manager
A company, one of the global leaders in its sector, is looking for a Telesales Manager with excellent communication and customer management skills. This role requires strong interpersonal and leadership skills, a great sense of ownership, and a willingness to go the extra mile to deliver results.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing a Telesales team to create new business opportunities and establish client relationships.
* Leading from the front by being positive, passionate, and building strong team relationships.
* Proactively proposing new ideas, solving problems, and providing excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities:
1. Supervise and manage a Telesales team to advise and sell solutions over the phone.
2. Achieve revenue growth and meet monthly & quarterly targets and KPIs.
3. Set individual KPIs and align team members with company goals.
4. Improve team effectiveness and efficiency.
5. Use sales CRM system diligently to monitor call activities for productivity and quality.
6. Handle customer complaints and inquiries via phone.
7. Support management in daily operations and develop key metrics for team performance.
If you have telesales management experience with strong organizational and time management skills, and are working towards revenue targets, we would love to hear from you. Ideally, candidates from manufacturing companies are preferred over those from service industries.
