We are seeking a diligent and adaptable Administrative Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in office administration and thrive in an often fast paced environment. This role will involve offering additional support to different departments and requires someone who is flexible, used to “wearing different hats”, and someone who can communicate effectively across all levels.
Responsibilities
1. Dealing with telephone queries
2. Safer recruitment and compliance checks
3. Inputting, gathering and reporting of data
4. Basic finance based tasks
5. Using job sites to post adverts and search for suitable applicants
6. Assistance with social media
7. Basic procurement
8. Office housekeeping related administration
Experience/Skills
9. Previous administrative experience
10. Proficient IT skills and understanding of Microsoft Office
11. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
12. Good level of customer service skills
13. Adaptability to work across different departments
