Your Responsibilities
1. Complete online daily checklist activities
2. Providing 1st/2nd line technical support & problem analysis/rectification
3. Ensure documentation and procedures are maintained and improved in accordance with ISMS and Sarbanes Oxley requirements
4. Ensuring pro-active monitoring of systems using key performance indicators and dashboards
5. Ensuring performance and availability of all computer systems including hardware, networks, IT security and telecommunications are maintained within the agreed SLAs
6. Monitor Ivanti call logging system and resolve production tickets within agreed SLA
7. Maintain Computer systems to current corporate standards Windows 11 / Server 2022
8. Scorecard compliance activities including system patching, antivirus and CM
9. Purchasing for all IT operations service requirements
10. Configuring all onsite hardware including desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, thin clients, industrial PCs
11. Deploying hardware into production environment to agreed schedules within maintenance windows
12. Processing New user equipment requests / processing Leaver data and equipment requests
13. Monitoring customer EDM and sequences messages
14. Maintaining in-house LJS application to create models to support manufacturing requirements
15. Maintenance and upkeep of networking infrastructure, ensuring stability of LAN/WAN by proactive monitoring and resolving issues, to include Cisco switch configuration, fault finding and hardware upgrades
16. Monitoring Avamar backup jobs
17. Virtual Server monitoring and preventative maintenance to ensure 100% uptime
18. Production server SQL mirroring for disaster recovery and performance monitoring
19. Ensuring all corporate requirements are delivered satisfactorily and on time
20. Disaster recovery corporate compliance and failover testing practices
21. Software license, inventory and hardware maintenance management
22. General administration and housekeeping of hot swap equipment and materials in the Operations stock room
Your Profile
23. 5 years work experience in IT System Support Environment
24. 3 years work experience in manufacturing/automotive support environment preferred
25. Hardware – HP/Dell Enterprise Servers and SAN/EMC storage solutions
26. Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 | MS SQL Server 2016/2017/2022 | Windows 11 | Microsoft Office 365 | Teams
27. Cisco certification advantageous
28. VMware vSphere knowledge advantageous
29. Working knowledge of IT technologies and best practices essential
30. Experienced IT professional with proven ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced JIT environment
31. Strong interpersonal skills
