1. Location: Airport Road, Belfast
2. Hours Per Week: Monday - Friday (37.5 hours)
3. Job Type: Permanent / Full Time
The Traffic Management Administrator will:
4. Report and log vehicle defects, schedule fleet inspections, and ensure compliance with Tax, MOT, and service requirements
5. Collect, process, and verify weekly timesheets for operatives.
6. Book LOLER inspections, maintain PUWER records, and track VMS certificates, Lantra cards, and driving licence checks.
7. Support delivery of Toolbox Talks and maintain compliance documentation.
8. Place orders for equipment and materials, raise purchase orders, and chase suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
9. Assist with sign making and maintain accurate records of completed works.
10. Provide operational support to Traffic Management operatives during busy periods.
11. Contribute to overall compliance and operational efficiency by keeping records up to date and liaising with relevant stakeholders.
12. Undertake additional administrative tasks as required to support the smooth running of traffic management operations
13. This role also offers scope to progress, with opportunities for training in AutoCAD Traffic Management Design and commercial bookkeeping, including invoicing and pricing.

About You
Essential Criteria
1.Previous experience in a commercial / finance / pricing administration role
2.Experience in use of Microsoft Packages
3.Strong attention to detail
4.Experience in a customer facing role
Desirable Criteria
1. Previous experience in a Facilities Management / Traffic Management sector
