Operations Coordinator part-time 2 days per week (14 hours)

You'll play a key role in ensuring the business runs seamlessly, supporting exciting projects and helping the team deliver great results.
What you'll be doing:
* Assisting in the delivery of projects, from set-up through to completion.
* Coordinating people and processes to keep everything moving on time and within budget.
* Supporting the Operations Director with daily operational tasks and ad-hoc projects.
* Preparing and maintaining operations documents, reports, and management information.
* Helping to ensure the business complies with FCA, ICO, and regulatory requirements.
* Liaising with IT consultants and supporting the management of IT systems.
* Coordinating team days, staff training, events, and conferences.
* Managing office supplies and handling key administrative duties.
* Identifying operational challenges and finding solutions quickly.
What we're looking for:
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
* A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
* Excellent communication and coordination skills.
* Comfortable working with systems and technology.
* Experience in an operations, project support, or administrative role would be ideal.
