About the role
Care Assistant position at Bluebird Care Harrogate. Salary £14.00 - £18.90 per hour. Location: Harrogate. Contract type: Care Delivery.
Key responsibilities
* Provide high‑quality care tailored to each person’s individual needs.
* Assist with personal care (e.g., bathing, dressing, grooming).
* Help with meal prep, preparation and nutrition.
* Support with medication, prescriptions and safe disposal.
* Carry out light housework such as tidying, laundry and general cleaning.
* Be a dependable friendly, familiar face for all the customers you care for.

Requirements
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
* Right to work without requiring sponsorship or visa transfer.
* Kind, compassionate attitude and a calm approach to care.
* Great communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
* Ability to follow care plans.
* Previous healthcare assistant experience is beneficial but not necessary; full training will be provided.
