Job Title: Student Advice and Safeguarding Officer

Salary:£29,770-£31,732

Duration: Permanent

Hours: 37 hours per week

*Must be prepared to work flexibly including some evening and weekend work as required

Location: Cambridge (potential travelling to other locations within and outskirts of city)

Role Purpose:

To beanintegralpartoftheStudentServicesteam,providingahighqualityandresponsivestudent advice and safeguarding service for students in accordance with statutory responsibilities.

** An enhanced DBS will be completed prior to starting this role **

Key Duties:

Act as a first point of contact providing a confidential and professional information and advice service for all students on concerns in relation to their safety and physical, personal, and mental wellbeing, including child protection disclosures
