Hours: Full-time (830am-430pm) with a need to be on site Monday-Friday.

About the Role
As General Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day operations of the Carroll Centre, driving strategic growth and ensuring our services continue to meet the evolving needs of our community. You’ll work closely with our passionate team of staff, volunteers, and Trustees to deliver their mission with energy, creativity, and compassion.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the implementation of our Business and Strategic Plans
2. Secure sustainable funding and manage budgets
3. Inspire and support our dedicated staff and volunteer teams
4. Develop inclusive programmes based on local needs
5. Build strategic partnerships and represent the Centre externally
6. Oversee governance, compliance, and communications

This is a hands-on, in-person role based at the Carroll Centre, with occasional evening and weekend commitments with time back in lieu.
An enhanced DBS check will be required.
