HAIL Partners are working with a fast-growing, high-performing, newly established investment firm. A spin-out of a leading hedge fund, they are scaling quickly and looking for an Executive Assistant & Office Manager to join the team and hit the ground running.
The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance to senior-level executives. They should be well-organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities
* Manage office visitors and external coordination
* Handle day to day office management (liaising with building management and suppliers)
* Coordinating internal meetings and events, logistics and catering
* Support onboarding processes
* Take ownership of administrative processes and work to continuously improve efficiencies
Qualifications
* 3-7 years in an Executive Assistant, Office Manager or similar admin role
* Track record in fast paced, financial services environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
* Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
* Experience in a start up or working in a small team setting
* Well-organised, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
This role is office based in the City of London and is offering a competitive base and bonus.
