Key Responsibilities
* Support proactive management of patient pathways and keep information systems updated.
* Liaise with patients and hospital staff to ensure administrative processes are safely managed and efficient.
* Maintain high levels of patient and clinician satisfaction as an accessible, customer‑focused point of contact.
* Collect and monitor service‑related data and contribute to service development and projects.
* Facilitate and coordinate care pathways for patients under the IBD Team, including those on medical therapies.
