Overview

Granite Worktop Company - Office, Factory and Showroom based in Wolston, Warwickshire. Commutable from Coventry, Rugby, Leamington, Southam. 25,000 - 27,000 Basic Salary with 10% Bonus and Enhanced Pension Scheme. 37.5 hours per week, 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday. Rare opportunity with some flexible working to utilise your previous customer service, sales and office administration skills/experience.


The Company

A family-owned business based just outside of Coventry off the A45 in Wolston. They are a supply and fit granite work surface company with a growing team and a state-of-the-art workshop, manufacturing facility and showroom. They are looking to employ a Sales & Customer Service Executive to work alongside an established team.


The Role

Key responsibilities:

* General day-to-day dealings in the sales office – administration, filing, data entry, invoices, payments, etc.
* Responding to incoming customer enquiries by email, telephone and in person in the showroom.
* Formulating and sending quotations to customers with the help of the business owners and other experienced staff.
* Booking meetings with customers for the team to template the design and secure the order.
* Managing the customer relationship through the process from initial enquiry to quote to invoicing and aftercare.
* Help develop the company’s online and social media presence.
* Work with the team to grow business through the website and social channels.
* Uploading pictures and good news stories of finished projects.
* Promote the company’s work on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. to generate leads and enquiries.


The Candidate

This role would suit a responsible and hardworking individual with experience in customer service, sales or office administration. You’ll be organized, personable and proficient in office applications.

* Proven experience in a sales, customer service or administration role with good attention to detail.
* Experience of working with customers over the phone and/or face-to-face.
* Effective and positive communication skills with the confidence to work independently and as part of a team.
* A confident, friendly personality willing to roll up their sleeves and contribute to the company and your career development.
* Good literacy and numeracy skills.
* Full Driving Licence.
* Proactive and self-motivated individual.


The Package

Salary: 25,000 - 27,000 plus 10% bonus. Some flexible working. Enhanced Pension.
