The Role – Learning Support Assistant (Autism & SEN Focus)
Monday–Friday | 8:30am–3:30pm | Term-time only
You will support pupils aged 4–11 who present with:
1. Autism spectrum conditions (ASC)
2. ADHD and attention-based needs
3. Speech, language, and communication differences
4. Sensory processing needs
5. Emotional regulation challenges
You’ll deliver structured support both 1:1 and in small groups, helping learners build communication, independence, and emotional resilience using evidence-informed, child-centred strategies.
