What youll do?
* Support customers with daily living tasks, building independence and achieving goals in support plans
* Assist with meals, shopping, budgeting, tenancy, and moving towards independent living.
* Complete risk assessments, support planning, goal setting, and reviews.
* Time for chats, relationship building, and teamwork, no rushing between customers.
