Functional Assessor Hybrid (Nurse, OT, Physio, Paramedic or Doctor)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours per day (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: £39,500 + up to 10% performance bonus (OTE £43,450)

Location: Birmingham (home-based with regular travel to your local assessment centre)

What Youll Be Doing
Carrying out holistic functional assessments (via phone, video, or face-to-face).
Reviewing medical evidence and applying clinical reasoning to reach balanced conclusions.
Producing clear, evidence-based reports to support fair benefit outcomes.
Supporting people with a wide range of physical and mental health conditions.
Working independently with guidance from an experienced clinical and quality assurance team.
Who Were Looking For
Registered with NMC, HCPC, or GMC (no restrictions).
Qualified Nurse (RGN, RMN, RNLD), Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Paramedic, or Doctor .
Minimum 12 months post-registration experience .
Excellent communication, empathy, and IT skills.
Willing to travel to your local assessment centre as required.
