Role Overview
Our client, a leader in their field requires a Head of Lighting. As the Lighting Team Manager you will lead the delivery of our most complex live event productions—bringing together lighting, audio, and video to create seamless, high-quality experiences. With at least six years of client-facing lighting design and systems experience, you’ll ensure every project reflects our values of creativity, passion, and excellence.
As our lighting specialist, you’ll integrate creative design elements across varied projects and mentor others to achieve the same high standards. You’ll also bring a solid understanding of related technical disciplines and a willingness to keep expanding your knowledge.
Confident and client-focused, you’ll translate briefs into smart, creative, and commercially sound solutions. As a technical leader, you’ll guide teams from concept to delivery, maintain strong communication across departments, and help develop talent within the organisation.
