Job Title: Science Teacher
Start Date: September 2025 • Duration: Part time / Permanent • Rate of Pay: £168.00 - £232.00
We are working with a motivated secondary school situated in the West of Cornwall. The school is committed to fostering a supportive and encouraging approach to the educational development of their students. We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Teacher of Science who can motivate and inspire pupils across both Key Stage 3 and 4 to join our forward-thinking Science department.
Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective science lessons, foster a positive learning environment, and support students in achieving their full potential in science.
* Plan and prepare lessons, assess student progress, and contribute to the wider school community.
* Bring creativity and enthusiasm to the classroom.
Qualifications and Experience
* Experience of teaching Physics or Chemistry would be advantageous but is not essential.
* Relevant experience within another teaching role is desirable.
* Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
