This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in SEN support who is looking to make a meaningful impact in the classroom. You’ll be working closely with teachers and SENCOs to help pupils access learning, develop confidence, and thrive in a mainstream school environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN.
* Assist with classroom activities and differentiated learning.
* Support emotional regulation and behaviour management strategies.
* Work collaboratively with teaching staff and external professionals.

✅ Ideal Applicant Will Have:
* Experience supporting children with SEN (e.g. autism, ADHD, speech & language needs).
* A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* A DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
