Were recruiting a Head Chef to lead the kitchen at a great new gastro pub opening soon in North:West London The Head Chef will have shared creative freedom to shape a menu that celebrates modern British cuisine and fresh, hand:crafted pizzas, all in a welcoming, lovely setting. The Gastro Pub is part of a small collection of venues in London, which a super supportive team who are here to back your ideas This is a fantastic opportunity for a Head Chef to build their own team, influence the food offering from day one.
Head Chef Requirements
* Proven experience as a Head Chef in a fast:paced, casual dining environment.
* Strong culinary skills with a passion for fresh, nutritious food.
* Good understanding of food safety and health regulations and team management.
Head Chef Benefits
