We are seeking a strategic and commercially minded Senior Marketing Executive to join our Head Office Marketing Team. This role will take ownership of campaign delivery, customer lifecycle marketing, and support with operational marketing across The Tanning Shop and Re:nu, ensuring all marketing activity supports customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Working closely with the Head of Marketing, the Senior Marketing Executive will play a key role in executing the department’s strategic objectives while independently leading the delivery of multi-channel campaigns, CRM lifecycle programmes, and local marketing initiatives.
This role carries significant responsibility for driving marketing performance, managing key marketing channels, and ensuring that both national and local campaigns are executed effectively. The successful candidate will act as a central link between Head Office, stores, and external partners to ensure marketing activity is aligned with commercial objectives and delivered to a high standard.
The role requires a proactive marketer who is comfortable operating both strategically and operationally, taking ownership of marketing initiatives while continuously optimising campaign performance and the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the execution of integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
* Develop clear campaign messaging that aligns with brand positioning and commercial objectives.
* Coordinate national and local campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.
* Take ownership of CRM and lifecycle marketing across email, SMS, app notifications, and remarketing channels.
* Develop and optimise automated lifecycle journeys to improve customer engagement and retention.
* Lead segmentation and targeting to deliver personalised and relevant messaging.
* Manage promotional CRM activity aligned with wider marketing campaigns.
* Manage remarketing activity through platforms such as Squeezely to re-engage customers and drive conversions.
* Align remarketing campaigns with wider promotional and lifecycle marketing activity.
* Identify opportunities to increase engagement, conversion, and repeat visits.
* Implement data-driven improvements to lifecycle communications and remarketing strategies.
* Act as the primary marketing contact for stores, ensuring they receive effective marketing support.
* Coordinate store-level marketing initiatives, events, and promotions.
* Work with external agencies to support SEO strategy and content optimisation.
* Maintain strong relationships with external partners while ensuring brand integrity.
* Act as a key operational support to the Head of Marketing in delivering the department’s strategy.
* Ensure campaigns and marketing initiatives are executed efficiently across all channels.
* Monitor and analyse campaign performance across acquisition and retention channels.
* Produce regular reports on key marketing metrics including campaign ROI, CRM performance, customer engagement, and retention.
* Use performance insights to optimise future marketing activity.
Working alongside the Head of Marketing, the Senior Marketing Executive will contribute to:

Skills:
* 3+ years of experience in marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing, ideally within a retail or service-led environment.
* Strong experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
* Demonstrated experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
* Understanding of segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and customer journey optimisation.
* Strong copywriting ability for email, SMS, and digital communications
* Good understanding of SEO and content marketing.
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
* Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and external partners
