About the role Do you have a strong passion for providing exceptional customer service? We are looking for someone to join our Ravenswood Branch in Ipswich, IP3 9QJ. We are searching for an enthusiastic, motivated individual who will go above and beyond to develop and maintain exceptional customer relationships. You will take satisfaction in providing that personal touch, that results in excellent customer service. You'll also be interested in learning about our products and services so that you may discuss them with our members. Salary and working hours: Hourly pay of £12.60 Saturday 9am to 1pm (4 hours a week) Your day-to-day activities Greeting customers as they enter the branch. Making sure to listen to and fully understand our customers' needs to provide them with the best possible service. Accurately managing financial transactions and resolving any customer account concerns or queries. You'll be handling cash and responsible for managing your till. Holding yourself accountable for adhering to the compliance requirements that keep our company and customers safe. Conducting appropriate checks to safeguard our members’ investments and guard against financial crime. Being an ambassador for the Society by supporting the branch within their local community.
