Property Manager
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivatedCustomer Service Specialist (Also known locally as a Property Manager) to complement our Property Management Team within our Lettings Department in Bradley Stoke, Bristol. As a Property Manager you will provide property management and tenancy support services to branches, landlords and tenants.

Key responsibilities of a Property Manager
7. Act as a central point of contact managing the effective resolution of queries from clients and staff
8. Coordinating urgent and routine repairs and maintenance
9. Liaising with trades people/contractors and keeping customers up to date
10. Organising safety inspections and managing remedial works
11. Liaising with landlords following regular property visits
12. Assisting customers with general tenancy queries
13. Carrying out weekly partnership calls with colleagues and welcome calls with new customers
14. Dealing promptly and courteously to communication with landlord, tenants, contractors, and internal partners
15. Providing a first-class service to maximise customer retention
16. Ensuring personal and team deadlines are met, service levels maintained and KPI’s achieved
