Bolton Talent Solutions (Bolton College's internal agency) is recruiting Arts & Design Lecturers to support delivery at Bolton College from September 2026.
This is a temporary, hourly paid agency role, offering flexible work and ongoing assignments depending on curriculum needs - ideal for FE lecturers, tutors, or industry professionals.
What you'll do
* Deliver engaging Art & Design sessions (Entry - Level 2)
* Support learners to build creative skills and portfolios
* Track progress and provide feedback
Teaching may include:
* Fine Art (drawing, painting, mixed media)
* Graphic Design (Adobe Creative Suite)
* Photography & Digital Imaging
* Fashion & Textiles
* Ceramics, Sculpture & 3D Design
* Printmaking & Creative Crafts
* Floristry
* Cake Decorating & Sugarcraft
* Interior Design / Creative Media (intro level)
* Community & Adult Art courses
What we're looking for
* Degree (or equivalent) in Art & Design
* Teaching qualification (Cert Ed / PGCE)
* Experience in FE, schools or community learning
* Strong practical creative skills
Must have / be willing: DBS + Level 2 English & Maths
