We are seeking a skilled and proactive Senior Attendance Officer to lead and champion attendance across the school. This is a key role working closely with the attendance officer and senior leaders to analyse attendance data, identify vulnerable groups and implement targeted interventions that improve outcomes for pupils.
You will work directly with families, providing a balance of support and challenge to address barriers to attendance, while also collaborating with external agencies and multi‑agency partners.
The successful candidate will be confident using data, building strong relationships with families and supporting colleagues to drive a culture of excellent attendance across the school.
