Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) / Teaching Assistant - Leyland
A welcoming and well-regarded 2-form entry primary school in Leyland is seeking a dedicated and flexible HLTA/TA to join their team as soon as possible until the end of the academic year.
This is a varied and rewarding role, ideal for someone who enjoys both supporting learning and leading teaching.
The Role:
* Morning: Supporting as a Teaching Assistant within the classroom
* Afternoon: Delivering lessons and covering classes across the school
* Working collaboratively with class teachers to support pupil progress
* Creating a positive, engaging learning environment

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* HLTA status, Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, or be an Early Career Teacher (ECT)
* Experience working within a primary school setting
* Confidence delivering lessons across Key Stages
* Strong classroom management skills
* A proactive and adaptable approach
