The Team Leader will be responsible for guiding the team and is dedicated to the overall coordination of the end-to-end recruitment cycle. You will take ownership of facilitating all recruitment activity across a team of 5+ members, working closely with relevant stakeholders, the account team, and the Delivery Manager to ensure successful recruitment for the client and alignment with the overall business strategy.
* Manage and monitor end-to-end recruitment activity for the account; distribute roles, manage SLAs, coverage, and ensure tasks are completed promptly.
* Lead daily scrum meetings to monitor roles, drive the team against SLAs, and provide regular business updates.
* Guide the team through daily workloads, develop and mentor each individual, and conduct regular development sessions.
* Lead monthly and quarterly performance reviews.
* Manage data integrity and quality, overseeing all recruitment activities via our internal CRM system.
* Perform various ad hoc reporting tasks.
* Closely monitor SLAs and coverage, addressing areas of concern swiftly.
* Champion the organisation's vision and values through operational excellence, professional behaviour, and high standards of work.
* Train and upskill team members.
* Drive redeployment initiatives.
Skills and qualifications needed
We are looking for candidates with the following skills:
* Must have an IT or Tech background
* Impeccable attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in challenging environments
* Leadership experience and the ability to deliver against a pre-agreed strategy
* Excellent planning and organisational skills
* Enjoy working within a team environment
* Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot potential issues
