At Claimlane, we're looking for a hungry Sales Development Representative with the ambition to grow fast.

Position Overview
As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving our sales efforts to achieve our ambitious targets. This is an exciting opportunity for a team player to contribute to the growth of our dynamic team.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams and be an integral part of our success plans.
Importantly, you should be extremely interested in honing your lead generation & sales skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and qualify potential customers through targeted prospecting efforts, helping the team by scheduling sales meetings and assisting in the sales process.
* Generate leads and build a robust pipeline to support sales objectives.
* Collaborate with marketing to maximise the impact of our Account-Based Marketing efforts.
* Leverage our freemium B2B network to identify opportunities and engage potential clients.
* Contribute to the rapid growth of the commercial team through effective collaboration.
* Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify market opportunities.
Requirements
* Minimum of 1-2 years experience as an SDR or in a similar role within sales.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Highly motivated, goal-orientated, and driven to succeed.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Familiarity with lead generation processes.
Location and Compensation
This is an on-site position based in Redhill, where our office is based. We offer a competitive salary and a great commission model.
