Job Description
3. Draft, update and maintain monthly management reporting packs.
4. Partner with stakeholders across multiple departments to explain variances and support decision‑making.
5. Deliver ad‑hoc financial analysis and presentations for senior finance leadership.
6. Support the annual budgeting process, including reviewing submissions and leading stakeholder discussions.
7. Consolidate UK and international budget data and assist with commentary.
8. Contribute to ERP system implementation by helping shape coding structures and validating reporting outputs.
9. Test journals and system processes to ensure accuracy and compliance during the transition.
10. Prepare monthly management accounts, including accruals, prepayments, journals, and variance analysis.
11. Produce consolidated group management accounts and ensure accurate, timely reporting.
The Successful Applicant
A successful PQ Management Accountant should have:
12. Part‑qualified ACCA / CIMA / ICAEW (or equivalent)
13. Confident producing full management accounts end‑to‑end
14. Strong Excel skills (lookups, pivots)
15. Excellent communication and stakeholder‑facing ability
16. Detail‑oriented, proactive and able to work independently
17. Calm, organised and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
