Our vibrant Creative Industries team is seeking a Business Administration Manager to oversee key administrative operations that support excellent customer service. You will lead a team of administrators, ensuring efficient processes aligned with business goals. This dynamic role involves diverse tasks such as scheduling meetings, planning events, liaising with students, parents, and staff, managing budgets, and updating timetables. Responsibilities extend beyond these examples, reflecting the role's variety.

Essential requirements include experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused administrative environment in a supervisory role, familiarity with management information systems and financial management principles, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of office management procedures, including Health & Safety, is also necessary.
