About the Role:
Design and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons aligned with the Key Stage 1 National Curriculum
Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes curiosity, independence, and resilience
Utilise a variety of formative and summative assessment strategies to track pupil progress and inform future planning
Develop strong, supportive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to enhance both academic achievement and personal growth
Actively contribute to the wider school community through involvement in enrichment activities, school events, and collaborative planning
The ideal candidate will:
Qualified teacher with a genuine passion for Key Stage 1 education
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage, motivate, and inspire young learners
Skilled in designing creative, purposeful lessons tailored to the developmental needs of KS1 pupils
Experience in Key Stage 1 assessment and curriculum delivery is advantageous, though not essential
Dedicated to fostering a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
