You'll be guiding prospective students through their learning journey, promoting industry-relevant IT and Accounting courses, and converting interest into enrolments all while using cutting-edge CRM tools to stay ahead of the game.
Key Responsibilities:
Student Outreach: Identify and reach potential students through various channels, including online platforms, social media, and email marketing.
Course Counselling: Provide comprehensive information about our Accounting and IT courses, including curriculum, benefits, and career prospects.
Student Enrolment: Guide students through the enrolment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
Student Support: Offer ongoing support to students throughout their learning journey, addressing any questions or concerns.
Sales: Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting our Accounting, IT courses and converting leads into enrolments.
Finance Completion: Help students complete their enrollment by helping students complete their finance applications through our finance partners.
What We're Looking For: 07 years of experience in sales, customer service, or consulting (education industry preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills persuasive, empathetic, and clear.
Tech-savvy with working knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
Bachelor's degree in IT, BSc, BCA, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
Passion for education and helping others succeed.
A self-starter who thrives both independently and in a team.
