Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 16:00 (flexible finish times available up to 19:00)
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour | £15.27 per hour after 40 hours
About the Role
We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a busy food production site in Bilsthorpe. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced environment, ideal for individuals who are reliable, hard-working, and looking to develop their experience in the production sector.
Responsibilities
* Operating and monitoring machinery (basic machine operation)
* Grading carrots and other vegetables on a conveyor line
* Packing carrots and parsnips
* Washing produce as required
* Performing general warehouse and production tasks as needed
No formal qualifications are required, although previous experience in food production or a packing environment would be advantageous.
