Salary Overview
* Public Schools:
o First‑year teachers: approx. £1,800 per month
o Experienced teachers: approx. £2,300‑£3,300+ per month

o First‑year teachers: approx. £2,000 per month
o Evening / weekend teaching schedule
o Shorter long‑holiday periods
Requirements
Graduate / Entry‑Level Roles
* Bachelor’s degree (required for Chinese work visa eligibility)
* Clean criminal background check
* Ability to commit to a 12‑month contract
* 120‑hour TEFL certificate can be completed during the visa preparation period if not already obtained
Experienced Roles
* Bachelor’s degree
* Minimum 2 years full‑time classroom teaching experience
* Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE / QTS / State License preferred)
* CELTA / DELTA accepted for English specialist roles
* No Chinese language skills required
* Applicants must meet Chinese work visa eligibility requirements
